As you can see by my new logo, I’ve been playing around with Adobe Photoshop a little bit. This probably isn’t going to be my final logo, but it’s a decent start I would say.
During my time working with photoshop, I’ve had a few major battles trying to get photoshop to do what I wanted it to. None of my problems were ever as bad as this Animator having to defend himself from a hostile takeover from the Animation.
The first time I watched this video I cracked up. You seriously have to watch it 2 or 3 times to catch all the clever uses for each tool in photoshop. There is so much going on all at once.
Occationally, my desktop also gets a little cluttered with icons. I have a tendency to download stuff to my desktop and sort it out later (anyone else do that?), so from time to time I have to clean my desktop up. I’m just glad my icons never get into an epic icon war like on this poor guy’s desktop. All I have to say is Diablo II kicks ass!
I’m planning on doing lot more with the design and layout of my blog over the next week or two. If you see a logo that you like or don’t like pop up, be sure to let me know. Also, if you don’t have a logo for your site yet, I might start help create entry level logos if anyone is interested. It obviously wouldn’t be professional, but it will look 100 times better than default text headers.
Does anyone have working links to any of the old Stick Figure Death Theater videos? All my bookmarks for them are broken. Let me know what you think of these videos. I thought they rocked…

I used to do logos myself but ended up using a designer for my other sites. However, on my freebloghelp.com site, I’m so focused on content that it’s such low priority for me right now. A new logo could definitely wouldn’t hurt though!
Anyway, stickdeath.com…’nuff said.

I’ve just started using Photoshop. I’ve had it since I was in college, but never ended up taking the time to learn to use it. Now i’m wishing I had spent more time learning photoshop and less playing video games!
