Lifehacker – Ideas that get Things Done

There are some sites I only check about once a week for new content;  5-10 minutes later, I’m all caught up.  Lifehacker, I check 2 or 3 times a day and still rarely keep up with all the content and information I want to read and explore.  Lifehacker is a gold mine of tips and downloads for getting things done.  I already mentioned Lifehacker is a great source for cutting edge music software, but I didn’t mention all the other amazing things you can find there.

Lifehacker constantly posts new and useful software for not only Windows, but Mac and Linux as well.  A couple of times a month, Lifehacker runs Hive Five where the readers can reply what product they believe is best for the given topic (often media players, image editors, desktop utilities, etc).  The editors will narrow the choices down to the top 5, and the readers vote for the winner.  More than half of the software on my computer right now came from Lifehacker posts.  If you can’t find the software you are looking for, search Lifehacker; you will find it!

Their information isn’t limited to just computers.  You can find cool DIY articles on how to make detergent and sports drinks at home or even how to build an A/C.  If you’re trying to get things done, or you’re just bored, be sure to check out Lifehacker.  It rocks!

Ty – There write about so many awesome network utilities. It’s almost scary some of the information they share. They also have an awesome software package if you ever end up reformatting.

Richard – It is definitely worth a visit. At first it can be a little bit overwhelming because there are so many topics covered. Don’t try to read everything! Just start with an idea that looks interesting and go from there!

James – I checked out your webpage. Cool stuff about herbs. I had no idea there were so many! I would have loved to hear what the benefits for each were in more detail. I didn’t see a spot on your page to comment though :( I’d be happy to check out your eHow articles, just send me a link or leave your user name for me!
